Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At Vanez, we take pride in offering premium-quality men’s jewellery. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only. We do not offer returns or refunds.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:
• Your order number
• Clear photos and/or a video of the product
• A brief description of the issue
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• All original tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling.
• Products without original packaging or tags.
• Products requested for exchange after the specified time period.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).
No Return & No Refund Policy
As all purchases are carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch, Vanez does not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
